Shipments over 70 lbs and larger than 130 inches in combined length and girth must be shipped via LTL freight. Packages and order under this size and weight can be sent as standard parcels.

Yes, you will be able to track your order. Once we ship out your order you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery time varies depending on the size of the order and shipment method, but for standard orders within 1 to 2 weeks for your payment being processed.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We begin processing your payment as soon as you submit your order. Payment process usually takes 1 day but can take longer.

We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. We also accept PayPal and JCB.

If you receive a product that is wrong or damaged, please contact us immediately at question@hellosolar.info.

When contacting us, please send us and pictures of damages or the wrong product. We can fully refund or replace products that are returned within 20 days of delivery.

You can cancel any orders that have not left for shipment. We also accept returns on orders that are sent back to us in original condition within 20 days of delivery.

Your refund will be processed once we confirm that your return is in original condition. The customer will be responsible for any shipment charges on returns.

We require billing address and shipping address to match when you place your order to avoid fraudulent charges.
